As a breast form wearer, your bra has a small addition - an in-built, soft pocket to keep the breast form securely inside the bra.
Straight after surgery, when everything is still new and unfamiliar, the pocket is the most reliable and least complicated method. Most women stay with this solution for ever. You can discuss their suitability with your fitter, who will be pleased to help you.
